I was given attitude when coming to parking lot about procedure for pick up, stating that I didn’t need to call but just go into drive thru. This is in spite of online instructions saying to call... Also, one of my expensive cartridges was nonfunctional and I was told when calling later that I have to handle this now on my own with the company before possibly getting any credit or refund. That cart is the best I’ve found for my anxiety, it’s hard to find, and now I don’t have it and the money is gone. Very disappointed with the customer service responses today. I drive far to get this cart when I come so it was particularly upsetting
