Went back here in December after a year long break from UGD. Nice remodel but couldnt they put up a Menu monitor somewhere? There used to be tablets attached to the chairs at the old place and now there's nothing but the specials. I've been back 5 times and I've had to wait more than 10 min. each time, which I didn't enjoy. The place where the time machine is at would be a FABULOUS place to put a couple monitors w/the current menu on them. Altho I'm not sure if that would help because ive ordered something from a bud tender then got to the cashier and they didn't have it, which I find odd. Anyway, the specials are good, just about everything else is over priced. That's why I quit going here last year actually. But come on $14 for a chillum??

Been coming to Encanto since I got my 1st card 4 years ago. Haven't had a problem w/the meds ever. I smoke flower and Ive purchased various types of grams and 8ths, in various prices and they've never disappointed. Some places have dry dry bud, these guys don't, they have nice dense buds that don't turn to powder when you touch them. Their prices are very competitive, I've tried the OG Clear cartridges, Live Resin cartridges and the disposal pens and theyve all delivered product just fine. There is a fine crew of people who work here like Jeff, Erik and Sammy Jo who know the products very well, are friendly and helpful. I'll keep going here. It's too bad that some disgruntled ex employee just wants to smear their name w/half truths and ugly rumors. This place is crowded as hell on weekends and after 7 p.m when the other places close, so they Must be doing something right!!

Great selection of flowers, the crew here are friendly and helpful about all the strains. They have an Express window for all the folks who know what they want and it makes it SO fast and easy to grab those pre rolls! Reef is awesome!

Not the place to go if you want a nice good selection of flower. they only had 13 strains when I went. 4 of which are priced at $15/gram. The bud tender told me they outsource from the best so they only sell the best flower...great, then I'm going directly to that dispensary and buying from them at the regular price!! I don't need to pay inflated prices for flower I can get 3 miles from my own house! Lots of Hype and swag here...not much else. The FTP special isn't that special since you end up paying for the swag in the price of the bud. Oh and the tax rate is 10.4%!! In phx it's 8.6 and most places include it nowadays. The bud tender advised me if I went to a tempe shop it would be 14%. Hello? why do you think I go to phx shops? Better prices, better selection, same quality. Don't be fooled by this place.

Visited here on the 4th of July, for the $25 8th special. it was an awesome visit! Virtually no wait, a table w/cupcakes and Chocolate holiday candy and cold bottled water to boot! I wasn't sure which strain to get so I asked the budtender and he recommended the Valley OG. it was AMAZING!! Large, dense nugs, fabulous smell, sticky and covered in crystals, this was some of the best flower I've encountered in the PHX area in about a year. And it was $25 for 3.5 grams out the door! Such a deal!!!

Natures quite simply has the biggest selection of quality flower West of the I-17 in Phoenix. They know what they're doing and they don't try to rip people off with strains that are $18 or $20 gram. Their specials are always awesome and they do good things for the community.

Visited here on a Saturday at 5 p.m. No wait at all, which was nice. The open floor plan is interesting. Picked up the Alien OG, priced at $15/gram but it was $3 off for being a new patient. Nice flower, crystals all over and not dry. Worth $15? No, not really. Unfortunately, they seem to have some of the higher priced flower in the area. There are too many other dispensaries within 5-6 miles that have meds for way less and the same quality or better. Enjoyed the free gram of pure power and the edible espresso beans were yummy.

I was a little confused about the pricing for flower. Having some type of posted menu would be great. I was offered the special $10/gram and was told I could always take a chance on the $8 grams if I didn't mind seeds! All I remembered from the Leafly menu was that most grams were $17 each. I ended up getting 2 grams of Flodica (worst name ever!) and 2 grams of Lemon Kush all for $20. Both strains are seriously dry and neither are that strong. I don't think there is flower in AZ worth $17/gram so I'm glad they were on sale. However, it concerns me that the posted price is more than twice the sale price for the $8 strains: cali connection, blue velvet, dancing lights and superstitious. Why doesn't the menu have the actual price? I really hope no one pays $17/gram for any flower from here, It's all prepackaged and how can a patient know if the flower I buy for $10 or whatever price won't be only $8 tomorrow?

Stopped by on Friday and picked up purple Bubba and sour diesel-Whoa!! Excellent quality flower, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and taste of both, simply delicious! $20 gram quality for $10, which is the right price! Definitely put this place on your list of dispensaries to check out!

This is the 1st dispensary I've been to that doesn't have any kind of menu to show strains and prices! it was hard to find but there was NO wait at 3 in the afternoon. I've been resisting going here because I won't pay more than $12 for a gram, but as a FTP, I got a free gram so paying $17 for 2 grams made it easier to give them $17!! It's new and clean and all that, but pre packaged MMJ turns me off, especially at these prices! Bud was tasty but dry as heck. I'll stick w/the $10 gram place tho, the bud is just as good but not dry and it's not highway robbery to be medicated. Lower the Prices, the place might get busier!!
