If I could give over a 5 star review for service I would. Let me introduce you to Bryce. He was my bud tender today, and while my energy level was at about a 5, Bryce was comfortable at an 11. He was knowledgeable, professional, excited and very communicative. I've been a patient with SWC since 2018, and I've seen the staff turnover year after year, but hiring someone like Bryce was an awesome advantage. The entire staff is super helpful, respectful, and just a great bunch to talk to. I know most of the older staff on a more personal basis, and seeing a fresh face full of energy, and just eagerness to service his customers is absolutely awesome. I do have some issues, but honestly it's more me feeling entitled than an issue with SWC. I wish there was a separate medical entrance and service area, but again that's just my entitlement of not wanting to be patient with lines. As always to the OG staff: Mario, Mimi, Todd, Christian, Devan, and the rest of the older crew and managerial staff You all rock, and have serviced my needs at an exceptional level. Thank you so much for all you do for the cannabis community in Prescott, and for working overtime to help get us the products we want. The transition you have endured as a business is a lot, and I applaud your efforts and continued successes. Thanks as always, and be well.
