So I recently got my medical card, and the doctor had messed up sent the wrong picture (the picture is of my brother, who went through the same doctor to get card) to the state but all my correct information. So my card has all my info except my picture. I've gone to other dispensaries and they all excepted my card because I also brought my state ID and the verification paper work from my doctor. I tried going to tru Meds and got turned down. The manager was nice and front desk lady was nice at times, but I thought it was EXTREMELY rude that the front desk worker said to my face "I don't believe you" when I tried to explain everything about my card. I can't do anything about it, I understand why they had reasons not to except it, but it was very unnecessary for her to say " I don't believe you." Other than that, seems like a good dispensary.

Today was my first time coming to Monarch and they gave me the best service possible. The lady working at the front was extremely nice and super helpful. My budtender Vicki was also extremely helpful, she was very knowledgeable with all the strains and helped me pick out exactly what I needed with some of the best service I have ever experienced. Overall amazing visit!
