they only have 1 person doing online orders and yet they have people cutting in line for express bad way to run things I love standing in line for 30+ minutes

First and last time going here, i should have read the reviews. Placed a online medical order for mendo breath 3.5 diamonds. Get there and they don't even have a medical scanner you have to email them a copy of your med card ok. Then the bud tender cant find my order and the other tender tells me that a previous employee was doing shady things with their online system huh? Then my bud tender tells me that she can't remember her login info for leafy then the front desk lady says some guy came in and bought it all, what? Why arent they updating their inventory system. Drove 30 miles for nothing 1 out of 10 would not recommend. Also the area is very sketchy.

absolutely love TruMwd such a pleasant experience here and a great atmosphere as well. All of the budtenders are professional and knowledgeable which is a bright star in Az as most dispensaries are trash to med patients looking at you Oasis. Absolutely have nothing bad to say about this dispensary just wish they had a west side location as that way we can cut out the middlemen or get more product to Sol.

this dispensary has gone downhill since opening, the flower is trash as their own tenders have told people they are flushing the product to get it out to sale faster. Their security guard hates medical patients and regularly attempts to engage them in disputes so he can then 86 them. Management is aware and doesn't care. They only care about rec sales as they make more off sales tax. Customer service is unheard of and no accommodations for patients. I can't be I fought for trumed to send their product to this trash dispo, do yourself a favor and go Trumed, Herbal wellness center. Jars or literally anywhere but this place. I'm sure this review will be taken down as this dispo pays leafy lots of money to take bad reviews down and also to promote their dispo ✌

horrible dispensary great products horrible customer service, I order 200$ with of meds to be delivered just like I do every week because I have a compromised immune system my order placed at 11:30am confirmed at 2:20 and said it was on the way 4 hours later still hasnt arrived nor any communication from dispo or superb. I called superb and got the owner he said he would personally teach out to the dispo and make sure they contact me well that didnt happen and I'm back at work tomorrow so thank you so very much for not taking care of your immune compromised patients!

I had a problem with a purchase I made here on Wednesday I purchased 2 mpx batters and 2 kpx sugar wax well there must have been a problem with the machine because the fielato was not really in the jar, I bought my defective item back and Justice took care of me completely hands down t hi is is the best dispo in AZ the bud tenders and managers really care about the patients and strive to make every experience a great experience but that's off to Justice she is a real gem!

I love this dispensary I have been coming here for years hands down the best fire in the Valley!
