With a sad heart I have to bid farewell to this location. not because of the budtenders who are nice but because HFL decided to phase out there loyalty program and then screwed over those that missed the memos. To explain, evidently they've been phazing out their current loyalty program for another type. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting their emails and yes while they have a sign up in the stores anyone with a massive processing disorder can tell you that bunches of little signs with little print doesn't always process and even though i have called to inquire about my points within the phaze out period, because I was saving them for a top shelf ounce. they never mentioned the phase out at the time of the call. I fully acknowledge my part.  But... even though I had a few thousand points and was so very close to the goal (only a few hundred left, which the way I buy wouldn't have been long at all).instead of allowing me to spend it on good pot. I was phased out to a bag full of crappy dried out weak prerolls.  not honoring loyalty right up to the end of a points program is a choice they decided to make. treating a damned good customer who is always super nice and polite and tips fabulously. (they've never gotten less then 20% from me even on very very big orders even though it cost me dearly to do so , because not tipping proper is something only assholes practice)  HFL decided that the better way was to say well.. we had signs up. well.. my money missed that sign hon and will be going elsewhere and while i know Im only one person and they obviously don't mind losing me or they would have made better choices.  I'm gone. there are better places with better prices and better points programs and many many many discounts and I work too damned hard for.my money to be phazed down to garbage. HFL. merely had me for this long because within walking distance.  choose carefully fellow pot friends. if they will do this once they will do it again. 

I'm still new to cannabis and have visited Blue Ridge twice so far. they are kind and attentive and they don't treat people new to using cannabis like idiots. Jay did my curbside pickup this past week and even with masks and pandemic stuff he still made the visit pleasant. he was sweet and polite and just all around a really good guy. thank you Jay and thank you Blue Ridge!

Yele was my budtender this last visit. she was great. being nervous about being inside any building, even the ones I have visited before during this covid horror is a real issue for everyone. when you have anxiety and PTSD I feel like it's even worse, though I would never diminish anyone's experience. anyway. Starbuds is awesome. they are always always always kind and engaged and they listen. this was my first trip inside for a long while and you know, they set things up so you feel safe and as relaxed as possible and Yele was right on point. sweet and kind and calming. thanks guys!! proud to be a starbudder!!

I had, had difficulties with another dispensery that I had gotten a specific strain from so when searching on weedmaps and leafly I found it eas available at M.H.. This was my first trio to Mission Hampden because they had the strain and another I was curious about. The people at Mission Hampden were nice and kind and not at all snooty or pretentious. The building was clean and they were on top of sanitation and safety. Just real good folks. I'll be going back even though its 20 minutes from my house. I <3 them in my lists <3 <3 <3

This is one of my favorite locations even though there are dispensaries closer to my home in overlea. The people are always kind and considerate. It amuses.me thatvirs right across the street from a courthouse as well. The tee hee factor lol. This was .my first curbside pickup with then and they still were super! Thanks H.L.!!!!!

Super friendly and very clean. During this pandemic mess they made sure each customer was safe as well as clearly protecting staff. Such nice people and they know the answers to questions and if they dont, will admit it instead of lying.

Just amazing! This is the queen of my pain relieving team! I love this strain so much!! Its a pain eraser and wonderful at bedtime with a book and a cup of tea. I'm not sure how I managed to live with all the pain this strain destroys.

I love this stuff!! Part of my triple green team.pain relievers this is my nightly strain to get rid of the days pain and get some rest.
