The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome; every so often I'd get someone trying to get rid of low quality stuff but they're most honest. I used to drive out of my way from the tri cities to go here, but sadly I feel their quality has dropped off. Prices are comparable to other shops, it's not more expensive.

The staff is helpful and the product is good! If you come when it's busy, there can be a line out the door but they said they're trying to get more registers up and running to get people through quickly. It's nice to have a shop in the Tri-Cities, hopefully more to come!
