Budtender KEVIN R. was fantastic! Whenever I shop, he's always busy moving and smiling at someone... Today, I was impressed with his cannabis knowledge! He knew all three top shelf strains I was buying --recommended all three and two new ones -- that and some foofy vape pens and w few bill$ later (*Merry Christmas at my house, yeah)... I thanked Kevin for everything! He rocks. I also enjoyed when both managers Angelica and Cody came to smile & wave a hello. Like Kevin, they're always busy too... Best staff, best selection, best prices!! Best shop in town!!

Budtenders KEELY and MONICA were absolutely awesome!!! Not only were they both super sweet when I arrived yesterday to buy a few different packs of flower... Both were super knowledgeable as well. Keely went back at my request to fetch a few more eighths, while Monica and I compared the case samples under the lights for most sparkly trichomes (*that's where the magic is)... When Keely returned with more flower, we examined the buds under lights as well. Fantastic and professional!! Keely and Monica both deserve a promotion and their choice of schedule. Thanks ladies!

Budtender ABRAHAM was most helpful this last time I visited my favorite shop in town... Abraham has a wonderful demeanor and warm presence -- combined with a cannabis knowledge that is truly top shelf! He knows his both products and strains, and also how to help someone choose well... Awesome budtenders HAYDEN and DARIAN -- and making it look good with stylish haircuts!! My first time, and I brought a friend.... What a great and knowledgeable staff !! This Wildcat "cannasuer" -- from SoCal, to the Bay Area and back down -- knows her greenery!! Well, so do both of these fine men. Watching over inside was Ken and a beautiful blonde girl... As well as two proud Braves manning the door. Nice!! Also Brennan as an edibles rep was pleasant in the lobby .... SUPER AWESOME!!! Thanks and Love you all... FANTASTIC SHOP !!!

Budtender ANGELICA was Awesome !! It was a busy day... Lunch hour ... She right away got me the flower I was looking at, and also brought several other choices... How Lovely!! She also knows her cannabis, and is extremely warm and friendly with a most beautiful smile !! Thanks again

Budtender ASHLEY was awesome!! My first time shopping, Ashley was super friendly & extremely knowledgeable... she went through a variety of flower with such specific canna feedback on each, bringing many choices to the counter as I requested "big buds"... She upsold me -- I bought double -- and did it with a smile !! Also guarding the front is JACKSON !! A refugee from Jars MetroCenter like myself (I live a mile away), a great guy & super Irie ... What an excellent shop !! Greeting at front was lovely NAY and manager ADAM was happy to hear my feedback !! Oasis is an Oasis... Thanks!!

Budtender DeShawn was very helpful (*picked biggest buds of flower in prepacks at my request), and Taylor at the door was cool too. However... What's up with the Drip AK-47 half gram cart ??!?! Is it a COUNTERFEIT ???!?! I called to get a refund or exchange later that eve... 5 puffs and nothing. Zero. Tastes gross too... What's up guys ?? Check on it.

Thank you, ASH !!! He's not only the manager... He's also a GREAT BUDTENDER !! I had met him a while back when I needed a cartridge exchange... He not only handled it with diplomacy and a smile, he was most genuine. This time, I came for flower and some cartridges. I requested some "big buds" (*Cali native here... Total canna-snob! From LA... but also from "the Bay Area and back down" ). Ash brought back 4(!) prepacks for my viewing... In helping me narrow down the last two, he hesitated, thought carefully, then pointed out a bud in the corner as to why. NICE !! Like myself, Ash is also a cannaseur !! ("Merci!") Also making an outstanding first impression was security guard ALBERT managing the front door line... not only a Cali native, second generation from a grower family, he graciously navigated the line fairly alternating entrances in order of who came first, he had some well informed responses to my casual questions as I waited a few moments... And lovely SONJA at the front was warm & informative, and equally so with the gentleman behind me... Thanks again, ASH !! I can only say that management sets the tone... Great store. Great vibe.
