This is the SECOND TIME I have been “ripped off” at Reef. 1st time I was shorted $5 change. Yes I know it was only $5 but it’s the principle that matters. I was credited a free pre-roll for it, which anyone can get by leaving a positive review. This time I was over charged $14.50! The Leafly menu clearly shows $43.50 (before discounts) for 1g of Blueberry Muffin cartridge. I was charged $58 (before discounts). I repeatedly question the price and was assured it was accurate. Your discounts are generous and I appreciate that. But again it’s the principle that matters. If your menu shows $43.50 you should only charge $43.50!

I recommend you know exactly what you want before you go here. I arrived intending to leave with a half ounce but I ended up just purchasing an 1/8th of something that sounded familiar since the person helping me couldn't answer any of my questions regarding the strains. I was also told I would receive a military discount but the price I paid and my receipt did not reflect any discount.

Very knowledge bud tender that helped me, same person both times. They listened to me and recommended a strain that exceeded my expectations, Tangerine Dream. I also tried White Widow and Death Star. These meds are the highest quality I have tried so far in the valley. This is not the closest dispensary for me but well worth the extra drive.

I frequent this location because it is close to my house. The bud tenders meet my expectations with regard to strain knowledge. I found two sativa strains I kept going back for until they ran out. Once the person helping me forgot to give me my change, it was just under $4 and not worth turning around for - but still... Inconvenient that it's cash only. Location location location. I will keep going back.

Nice location & atmosphere. The person that helped me took their time, understood what I was asking and exceeded my expectations of a "bud tender". Tried a hybrid and sativa which effects were mid grade at best. The free indica pre roll was great, wish I knew what strain it was... Based on location and that they accept debit / credit cards, I will likely return and try a another strain.
