Shout out to Emma….newbie budtender. Emma took my phone order early on her first day. She’s a natural at positive customer interaction. Excellent product knowledge rivaled only by her overall demeanor. When checking in for pickup I recognized her voice and was once again impressed by this young woman….and yes, Emma does remind me of my favorite granddaughter. Good work Nirvana Human Resources ☮️
