I really love this place but they don’t seem to ever follow their posted business hours. I stopped coming here for quite some time as in always do pickup and I arrive to find a note tacked to door “Closed early” “went to lunch will be back x:xx time” this happened 3 times in a row. They are close to work and I don’t live near by so I always set a pickup with plans to stop there after work. So, finding a note on the door that they will be on lunch or break for an hour would mean I have to sit there and wait till they come back or today they are just closed, so empty handed to home I head. I’m fairly certain that my info is there along with the online order. If you see someone has not picked up their order and you are closing early maybe give the customer a call or message. Maybe do that once they pace their order. Had I know. I would have stopped by on my lunch. I gave them another shot. Will just take my business elsewhere from here on out.

So, I started coming to Frontier on a weekly basis since December. I had always avoided since TD is a small town and despite it being legal my employer is still not weed friendly. Being out in the open in the middle of town did not appeal to me. I then did some design work for the owner and he was cool to work with so I got over my fear of being seen and went in. I have always been a buy online and pick up so I can get in and out. The first few times I went in were good experiences, they had quality product at good prices and some great deals. Sadly I have to say there has been some sort of issue every time over the last 4 months. Some product they sell is only available in 1 ounce sizes despite all the various amount options showing up. The first time I went in and this happened they showed me on leafy in a little section at the bottom of the product page where it says in small print *All prices include tax *** only available in 1 OZ sizes*** Now if you select from the tiles above and hit add to cart you will not see the section that says that info. So, I started checking that section first before placing order only to arrive for pick up and be told it's only available in 1 size. I will say a cookie times they went ahead and cut it down to the amount I wanted and other times I've been told to pick something else. I know the chat feature works because one time someone sent me a message that what I ordered was not available. When ever I complain about these issues I get the same excuse the person who updates leafy is not working today or we keep trying to fix it buy haven't been able to. Today I placed and order around 11am, then did a full day of yard work planning to pick up my grocery order and stop by for my pickup at Frontier. Then relax and chill before weekend is over. I go inside and head for ATM last week when I was in one of the 2 ATMs was down and was still down today. I got the other ATM and the employee yells that it to is broken. If I were running a cash only business I'd make sure I have working ATMs So I run to another ATM( I have frozen groceries in the car) then head back, there are 2 people now ahead of me, and there is a guy putting money into ATM closes it and leaves. I get to counter and give my name. He comes back with the pre rolls I had ordered but says there is a problem with the OZ I ordered. HE is new and his co-worker will be out to explain in a moment. She comes out and asks if I need help, the kid goes that the guy with the OZ order. She explains that they are out of what I ordered and only have 2 other options but they are more expensive. I had only taken enough money from other ATM to cover my order total. They then suggest I take money out of the ATM now that it is working. I just had to run 1/2 a mile away to another ATM pay ATM fees only to come back to a now working ATM that would charge me more fees. Frustrated I just left. Could have offered to upgrade me to product that was in stock. Offer to waive the ATM fees if I take more money out. Lot's of great options to use customer service skills but non of that happened. Now I'm weedless on a Sunday night before heading back to work on Monday. Guess I'll go back to High MT. They have terrible hours but never screwed up any of my orders( they also use Dutch so I don't know if that is a factor).
