*This is specifically regarding pickup/curbside. I've had a lot of snags since the February opening but things have improved. Even if they seem exasperated when you remind them, TELL them every time when you give them your ID if you have a tribal/military/etc discount. It's a lot easier than having them go back and resettle your tab, and it stings to think of how many times mine wasn't applied before I realized. 10% is a lot.
Things have gone far smoother since they brought Rob in doing pickup. He's got a great attitude, he knows what he's doing, and so far he's the only employee I've seen treat this like a business. He was also incredibly patient and went out of his way to sort out my order on a sweltering, crazy busy day. The only time my orders are consistently right is when he processes them, so I hate to do it to the guy but if you want the same ask for him.
To the owners/managers: Please hire more employees like Rob or at least some more adults with common sense. Don't lose him to your competitors when they come to town, either.
Your local community wants to shop there and support your business just as much as travellers do. Help us support you.
