Sour Diesel
6/4/2019
I went a long time before trying this strain, and I really wish I had done it sooner. I can understand why this strain is so popular. The high is wonderfully uplifting and positive, without the emotionally numbing effect that some sativas can have. I can still make important decisions, meet deadlines, and have normal conversations that aren't clouded by euphoria or anything.
The taste, at least to me, is reminiscent of pickle brine. It has a salty or vinegary smell and taste, definitely similar to diesel fuel. I can't say I love the taste, but it's definitely growing on me.
Durban Poison used to be my daily wake and bake, but I recently switched over to Sour Diesel because I'm mentally much sharper on it than DP. I highly recommend this strain to anybody that wants a really wonderful and uplifting high, but still want to be able to focus and have a normal day. This is a great strain for when you have a full day ahead of you and want a boost, but you want to be in the driver's seat and not the passenger's seat of your head.
