The female with long brown hair was very condescending,impatient, and snippy. I did not feel comfortable like I did my first day shopping here. The first day I had ever went to this location, the staff were phenomenal the lady with the rainbow colors in her hair was very helpful, patient, and kind. There also was a man that was working the inside that assisted me in my purchase and he had stellar customer service, and I left feeling very happy about my purchase and service I received. If everyone kept it this way, it would be a perfect place. :)

This dispensary is by far the best dispensary in Phoenix for sure! You will not get the ongoing quality in product(s) that you get here anywhere else in the city of Phoenix. From the internal part of this company that you see through the outcome of their flower, concentrates, product(s), the budtenders, even the security team is pure quality, organization, and phenomenal service you will receive here at Herbal Wellness. This is my go to for all my medical needs.

The staff here are fake, mean, and they will short you if you don't watch them...
