This was my first time going into a dispensary. First, the staff in the waiting area (Especially with the COVID-19) were very professional, respected personal space and made me feel comfortable. The facility was exceptionally clean and staff and customers were wearing masks. Once taken in back to the store I was recommended to see Brian Marshall Pullen. Brian was very informative and took his time with me so I felt comfortable and confident. He went over different options. I asked Brian his name again because when I revisit I really want him to assist me. My first experience in a dispensary was amazing because of Brian. I also want to say the facility was so clean and I think the owner was there because she was double checking the disinfecting being done. I overheard her saying their top priorities are customer service and cleanliness. As we all know this is a strange time and it’s nice to know there are people like Brian and Trulieve Bonita Springs that are taking our health and well-being seriously. Thank you again for today.
