I love the division location of Floyd's. I'm not going to lie I've had some varying experiences with other flloyds locations over the past about 5 years, nothing horrible but it took me a while to come to this location. That being said I wish I had come sooner because ever since I have, I've had nothing but great experiences and fabulous customer service!! Today Brandon was awesome showing me options and helping with my order. I want to give a huge kudos to this whole store. As someone who has worked for years in customer and guest services I am exceedingly impressed by the consistency of this location. Everyone that works here is amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful and I've never felt pressured or rushed. I recently moved to beaverton but I will continue to come here for my needs, they have rightfully gained my buisness, respect, and loyalty as a customer and I look forward to sharing the word with my friends and peers! Keep up the great work and great customer service!!
