I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick up my order the items were not available.
Usually this will be frustrating but Amanda and Evan we're very accommodating and understanding and they went above and beyond to make sure that I left with a agreeable substitute and that I was satisfied.
One problem I've come across is that the online website is not always correctly representing what is available in the store.
But I take the good with the bad.
