Aside from the website not always working, i.e. Not being able to place online pick up orders or see menu items consistently is a little frustrating. However, the in-store experience is where all the benefits happen. I have never had a bad experience in-store. The bud tenders are always super helpful in offering deals and suggesting products. The store is very clean and modern looking and the employees are professional and dressed/presented professionally. I'll continue to frequent the North Chandler location for the foreseeable future.
