Let me start off by saying I've been going to this dispensary for a long time. The staff has always been very helpful and will take their time with you (if you need it) to find the right product for you or fix any customer service issues as needed. When the pandemic began, this dispensary had some of the most stringent requirements for entrance/ordering. Online orders only, 1 customer at a time, plenty of free sanitizer available, plexiglass shields separating staff from customers, it was great! They put these measures in place well before any other businesses in the area, which made me feel very comfortable as a patient. The selection is wonderful! The products are great, and the prices are fantastic. Best deals on Wana and Aeriz that I've seen. The Uncle Herb brand of edibles they sell is also very good. The only way they could improve is if POTENT PLANET or GROW SCIENCES decided to start selling their products there. This is a hint to Potent Planet and Grow Sciences to get in on one of the best little dispensaries in Phoenix, not a slight to MNM at all :)

excellent product and selection but absolutely no social distancing or mask enforcement. Does this facility care about patient safety at all? Some MMJ patients have AIDS and other immunocompromised conditions. In the middle of a pandemic, the security officer is not wearing a mask, staff direct patients to stand very close together to make their transactions (even for online orders). And, you may end up waiting a long time, even for online orders, so be prepared. the staff seems exhausted so maybe it is a management issue. it's concerning to me as a patient and a consumer especially considering what i spend here. i hope this concern is received in good faith. thanks.
