They DO NOT Honor their own return policy!!
Avoid them if possible. You won’t have these issues at the Nirvana in Richland.
G2G’s Return/exchange policy for vapes is 48/hrs. They tell you this every time when you buy a vape from them.
I came in to return a battery and to exchange a damaged vape cartridge that I bought from them. The battery didn’t work and they tested it in front of me. Mary, the supervisor that was there, processed my return and said the return was noted as “suspicious”, which made no sense, but I didn’t give it much thought since they went ahead and processed my return.
I came in again today, to return the UNOPENED vape cartridge that I got yesterday, and that same Mary told me that they would not be honoring their return policy because I returned the already BROKEN battery I bought from them the other day. - Make it make sense. Now they’re making me wait till Monday to speak with their manager, but by Monday the exchange policy will be void. Absolutely unethical and unprofessional. If you want good customer service I recommend you shop anywhere but here.
