The staff will rip you off at ever corner. I've had about 5 ordered this year have issues where either a staff member is calling me after an transaction they screwed up demanding me come back or them refusing to apply the online promotions they are running during the ordering process. The staff doesn't appear to understand the computer systems and most of the employees are unable to understand simple issues like promotions not being applied from ordering at checkout. I've had flower consistently be short a half gram on freshly harvested product, not the biggest deal but compounded by false advertisements it gets pretty reprehensible.
There's always an angle by staff to screw you over, just expect there to be discrepancies.
