Normally the service is great, tonight I had to wait for everyone in the room to be waited on and still the employee was looking around me for someone to help. I said hey I have been waiting in line this whole time. He seemed shocked and apologized and messed up my order. So I had to return and wait in line again to get my online order fixed. The lady who fixed my order was great, they need more employees like her.

the service was always great then today it wa terrible. The bud tender was slow and didnt seem to know hard she was doing. then took 15 minutes to ring me up and ended up overcharging me and giving me less product then I ordered. I went back and explained my story 5 times to two people waited another 10 plus minutes for resolution. worst service experience ever.
