I’ve gone a few times and the last 2 times I was helped by one of their bud-tenders, Ti, who was amazing and made my experience so much better. She was super friendly and welcoming, made sure I was aware of all of their new products, explained how their loyalty program works, and she was just an all around boss. I went in again today and not only was Ti the one who greeted me and helped me, another one of the bud tenders, Crystey (if I got your name wrong I am so sorry) also assisted as well since I came when it was a bit slower. She was just as much of a boss as Ti, and both her and Ti gave me excellent advice and helped me pick out the perfect concentrate for my mood today. While I think both Ti and Crystey deserve a shout out for being so awesome, I do want to add that every bud tender that I’ve dealt with there has been top notch and they’ve all helped contribute to my overwhelmingly positive impression of MedMen. If you want quality meds and you want the best bud tenders (who actually take their time to figure out what you’re looking for, make quality recommendations, etc) don’t pass this place up. You’ll thank me later.

I’ve been coming here consistently since I first got my card. Not only were their first time patient specials incredible compared to many other places in the valley, just the entire experience of shopping at Urban Greenhouse is fantastic. Their product is always quality and they always have a great selection. Their daily deals are also really good. Urban Greenhouse is, to me, what a great dispensary should be and I’m really lucky they’re only 5 minutes from my house. Highly recommend everyone with a card in AZ to come shop here.
