I really didn’t want to leave a negative review,
however this is the third (and last) time i’ve come to this location and experienced a delay due to either lack of adequate technology or poor team communication. A few weeks ago, (my first time with my card) they forgot to log me in the system and i waited about 45 minutes to be called, as everyone went ahead of me. Today the receipt machine printed using no ink and it took them quite a very long time figuring it out. I was very patient and understanding. But after having experienced issues each time no thanks.
