2 stars on quality. There shatter is good the flowers are marginal . Paid 55$ for Girl Scout cookies w seeds in it recently . Oil cartridges are medium quality but they burn out ( fail ). service was better when they first opened but I tried to return a cartridge that failed less then Halfway thrue and I was charged 30$ for replacement and was not able to take my old one home w me. That sucked. Atmosphere is 3 because location and people are nice. I have spent a lot of money here not so often anymore
