Changed their rewards program with no heads up. I was one purchase away that would get me $100 ISC. Now it's worth an eighth of shake. Vets also can't stack their benefit with their happy hour.
I do like their Beeline service. Staff are also friendly.
Great place and great staff. My only critique is that they don't prioritize those who call ahead for a phone order.
You still are waiting with everyone else who are usually there as walk-ins and haven't made their order. Wait time will depend on how many people are in front of you (both outside and in).
Having to wait in-line with everyone else after you called in your order ahead of time takes any incentive out of it.
