I placed a delivery order online 5 days ago. Today I find out that, since I didn’t answer when they called to tell me that they were ready to deliver it, they put it back on the shelf. Mind you, I tried to call them back immediately after the missed call, but they didn’t answer. Now they’re completely out of flower, but seem to be taking the stance that, since I didn’t answer, it’s my fault. Hmmm. You call that customer service?
