this is my neighborhood shop I come here often. I had Amecia today and she was the best bud tender I've had in the 4 years of being a paitent here. Very knowledgeable with good recommendations. She treated me like a friend and didn't rush Me even though yall were packed !
I came into Nirvana today & got possibly the worst cartridge I've ever tasted in my life. Thin Mints. The oil in it tasted burnt, tho the ccell was functioning fine. I had to force myself to not throw up. I've had many a slightly foul tasting cart in my day and just ate the loss, knowing people's tastes are different. But this cartridge was different, there is no way Nirvana should have even allowed this cartridge to hit the shelves. I called the store and was told they couldn't do anything. Fortunately the 2nd time I called back I got the Manager, Nick. He took care of me & ultimately changed how I perceived this transaction. My favorite & most frequented dispos are ones with good products AND&&& customer service. I'll be back to give yalls products another chance, thanks to Nick. Have an employee taste that cart and tell me I'm wrong.
I love that AZ natural selections always has something going on. always a great deal or a vendor day. I love the flower selections and changing daily deals.
