I leave this critical review in an effort to help the owners because if they do not hear from the patients they will never know where they are falling short. I hope they are open minded enough to take this as constructive criticism.
The wait times are unconscionable. If this were a private business I would have no complaint but considering how it is regulated and patients are unable to shop elsewhere the review will stay at one star until there are no lines and patients are able to walk in and out within a few minutes to make their purchase. Patients waiting on line in the elements at all hours of the day is simply not acceptable. Please help!
It is impossible to get somebody on the phone. I called to ask about their plans to eliminate long lines or perhaps allow patients who know exactly what they want to get in and out and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes and the phone hung up on me.
Please run a better business. You are not a private enterprise allowed to run your business as you please but rather you are a state regulated entity and you should be running it in a way that benefits the patients who are forced to use your services.
