As a patient we should have consultations of products available wether in store or on the phone. I was told in store only but as a patient why would I have to waste time going down there if it is not an easy task in the first place due to my medical condition.... This is one way to lose business, by not putting the patients first, afterall we are the reason you are in business. This lack of quality service from D2 is the reason I stopped going. I can go elsewhere for the same product and that should not be the grounds for why the staff is not at par. Change your policy for the sake of your patients and business please. It only makes sense to put us first!
