Shop elsewhere. There are some bad actors in the Phoenix market that choose to ignore my privacy. They send me unsolicited text messages, robocalls and mailings as well as sharing my data with third parties. This is my private medical information they're screwing with and I am entitled to my medical privacy by law. I now avoid these dispensaries and when I go to a new dispensary, I will not complete marketing surveys or give up my personal information beyond what is required by law. I've never had a problem with that approach here in Arizona until now. Under state law I have to present a marijuana card and a government-issued picture ID. That's all. I could not get served at this dispensary unless I filled out their marketing card. My experience with other bad actors has been that once I filled out a marketing card with that information, I am inundated with unwanted advertising. Shop elsewhere.

Had a problem with a purchase so I went to their website and used the contact us button to get information and a resolution. The email mail address is a dead end and generates a bounce back. They don't want to hear from their clients. Rather than try again, I'll spend my money elsewhere. Simple solution.
