My first visit to territory was awesome, but this is my second visit and I wasn’t very impressed. I checked in with the gal outside, she told me to go inside, but then the security guard was coming out at the same time and very rudely asked me to wait outside for literally one second before saying I could go in. The guy at the front desk could tell I was a little upset and my Bud tender was great, but I’m not sure if I’ll go back.

The check in process changes every time I come here and security can be rude. I recognize the pandemic has certainly affected H4L, but I pick up every time and it’s still such a long wait. The bud tenders are amazing but long wait times coupled with the heat is hard to deal with.
