I wanted to leave a new updated review after an employee asked me too. I left a review a week or so ago after going to this place. At first I was very disappointed in the customer service here. I decided to try this place again due to the fact that I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I do have to say I have my favorites (employees) in that place that seem to make my expierence better than others there but as an overall second impression I would have to say I'm happy I gave them a second chance. The quality of meds is very good, I appreciated the staff taking care of me after the initial problem, the atmosphere is clean and decorated nicely. I do have to say everytime I come in I see all these awesome strains displayed on their screens just to find out they don't have most of them in stock and the screens just haven't been changed. Hopeful those strains will be back soon.

Everytime I regret it

Wow! I can't believe these people. I placed an order today for a half. I'm a regular by the week. It started out good with OCC and then the last time they were soppose to do a drop off delivery they were 30min late after they told me they would meet me at 6pm. Again today I placed an order at 10:30am to give them sufficient time to get the order prepared. They sent me a message back that read "sound great, see you at 6pm". As I raced home bc they aren't open evenings I waited and waited and sent a series of messages asking "are u still coming", "where are you" with no response or callback. So frustrated with them. I need a reliable dispensary, I could not say they were one. What a Shame. -Keri D.
