Nature's Medicine Salida

I phoned all the dispensaries in Salida and the surrounding area, knowing I needed the best deal. I talked to a girl on the phone who said $12 1/8ths were 14.blahblahblah out the door. I had $30 to spend and figured this was the place to be rather than the $17 1/8ths in Moffat. I drove all the way from Saguache to Salida just for 2 $12 1/8ths. I told the girl at the counter. She rang me up. I skipped out the door with my two 1/8ths feeling like a kid in a candy shop. Got all the way home, about 37 miles away, to find I had been sold two 2 gram 1/8ths. I called and spoke to Aaron, who spoke to manager Tom, and said to stop by, that they would "hook me up." I clarified that "hook me up" meant returning the missing product, about 3 grams worth, I indicated that I would be literally driving all the way out there, a 60 mile round trip just to receive my missing product, that I had no money and this was the only reason I'd be going to Salida in addition to being able to charge my laptop at the library. I was assured that I would be taken care of. Upon arrival I was greeted with hesitation from the ladies at the desk and grilled. My remaining product was inspected and fingered, and when Tom returned from his smoke break, I came to find out that I wasn't sold the $12 1/8 bud, but different bud. Even though I specifically called ahead, told the bud tender, paid $30, and even said upon exit," WOW! 2 1/8ths for $30! What an excellent deal!" Only to not receive the quantity I expected for what I asked and paid for. Tom told me they couldn't even "hook me up" because they had to charge me the tax. At this point as a manager, I'd take the money out of my own pocket. After four instances of miscommunication and a disappointed customer in front of me who drove 120 miles for my product, but no, instead he turned me away. I will tell everyone about this experience I possibly can and will frequent the retailers closest to me, rather than a place with flashy bait and hook deals.
