Process needs to get worked on, theres no need to wait..to go to a room jus to speak to someone, also waiting for everyone to get called thats been waiting there so u can pickup an online order.pretty badd "secret service" thats not necessary for medication.Please go to other dispensary and realize what u guys need to work on for better servicing.too many employees not enough workers
