CannaDaddy's

Awesome location, bar none. Their stock is good quality, properly hydrated and correctly cured/labeled for sativa/indica, their budtenders are great and they should be considered a must-visit for any Oregonian rec smoker. My second choice would be High End Market Place just across the river in Washington.

Quite frankly, this shop is where you go if you don't know any better because they have a fairly forward-facing public presence. Budtenders are there to sell product, and are generally unknowledgeable about most strains. All of their MJ, even the "top shelf" stuff, is mediocre at best. Super, incredibly dry and the quality is really questionable. I've had "top shelf" stuff that cost me $50/gr that $10/gr stuff at other locations blow clean out of the water. I think it's really the horribly dehydration they do to all of their strains because they're rushing things to market, not curing them right. I've had what are called "pure" Sativas hit like OG Indicas, and vice-versa irregardless of what experience I've had with a given strain before (a couple even privately(ie: I've grown) such as White Widow). I've had bowls spark and spit like sparklers indicating improper flushing and curing. Nothing I've ever gotten from this shop has been hydrated correctly. Absolutely nothing, and I'm not exaggerating. Quite frankly, I went here as an absolute last resort. High End Marketplace just a couple of blocks away has a better shop, more knowledgable tenders and way, way, way higher quality bud for the price. Cannabis Country Store used to be my fave place before I found H.E.M.P (High End Market Place). If you're in Washington, I'd highly recommend H.E.M.P. If you're here in Oregon, I'd recommend Canna-Daddy's in Gresham. The people are nice and friendly though.
