The whole process of putting in an online pre order is a JOKE! You expect people to wait over an hour in their car to wait for there turn to go in. I waited over an hour an never recieved a text for my turn. I finally had to go up the the front to see when I was next. Everyone apologized and I got right in. There is no reason for the long wait times if you have already pre ordered. They already got what they need and they should be in and out. I understand people change their mind and want something eles but that should not take Forever! Please get your shit together, if we have to keep this process going for period of time something needs to change.

worst service I've ever had!!! called before I drove over 30mins to make sure they had what I was looking for. I was told they had what I needed, drove there to sit for 45mins. No new pt paperwork in the lobby to fill out, have not seen a front person. Finally get called back to find out they Do Not have what I need and to try and sell me the same product but when I get to check out the price was not what I was expecting and was not told the price difference. You need to update your leafly, update your staff on what product you do have on hand so everyone is on the same page. You wasted my time an i didn't get my meds. I do not recommend this place!
