On numerous occasions I needed specific help. One of their managers took it upon himself to help me above and beyond what most would do. They've even called me back to help fill an order.
This was one of the best first time visits that I've ever had. What a great intro. They had a fantastic selection and a knowledgable staff. (And GREAT deals!)
