Didn't like finding out after a lot of run around that the rewards points system was changed and I seem to have lost several hundred of my points. now it's only one point for every $20 spent, why even have a points system at all with a policy like that? Thank you for the seeds I pulled out of my eighth of "top shelf", blue dream I am using them to grow my own so I never have to spend another dollar at your greedy dispensary. It's obvious you have lowered the bar on TOP SHELF flower but not the price.

I can't say enough good things about the flower coming out of the swell dispensaries, it's the only dispensary I've found that you can trust the quality will be top notch every time. they almost always have a 30 dollar option for an eighth, and I've yet to be disappointed, frosty nuggets will keep me coming back. please keep up the good work guys and gals of swell, and thank you for being so ah, SWELL! LOL, PEACE!

had a great first visit at swell, I took home 2 of his daily specials and some romulan off the 17 dollar tier, very impressed with the purps nice dense buds with a great flavor. great all around medicine and someone has definitely figured out what she likes to eat. romulan and Bruce banner were respectable for sure but if I could do it again, I'd opt for just getting the purps, and I really like to have a selection, but the purps is everything I look for. As far as store fronts go, cool store, for the most part service has been great, at times a little inexperienced. as for the meds I've been a bit disappointed in the flower. first off the menu to me is confusing and the lack of being able to get a good look at the meds without a tender pulling out everything one at a time is frustrating, so far after quite a few tries the quality doesn't match the price and on more than one occasion I've gotten home only to find meds lacking potency, flavor and even smell. just smells like hay until at least the 15.99 a gram tier and even then it's iffy. Definitely great edibles selection. I will come back for the bubble hash, but will get my flowers elsewhere! Peace

I have been to thc twice now and have been very pleased with service, meds, and prices. I am a firm believer that any place asking for more than $50. for an eighth of top shelf is committing highway robbery and patients should not support them. Do the math and I think you will agree. The only complaint I have is that they offer no kind of customer loyalty rewards program but they are not alone I have found very few disp. that do a fact that still puzzles me. I think dispenseries would be surprised at what kind of positive results would come from just kickin down a pre roll or a gram after so many visits thc has more of the Qualities I look for when acquiring my meds. That is until I find a place that fights a little harder for my business, in the meantime I will continue to take my business to them. You seem to be on the right track thc I hope more people try you out and realize that we as patients have the power to send a message to these disp. that seem to think making a quick buck is more important than a long lasting relationship with their patients. Stop going to these places and write reviews they either listen or go out of business. I'm just sayin!

Did a return visit to kind, because I was very impressed on my first visit. The second visit was just as good. They have the best meds I have seen from Phoenix to Prescott, with very reasonable donations. I still like shopping around to find quality dispenseries and have been frustrated with prices a few times but kind collective so far has been a nice find. so thank you kind collective please keep up the nice work!
