First and last time visiting this company and store. I’ve heard negative things regarding stores but never take them to heart until I am met with a bad experience myself... my first experience during this COVID-19 panic With liberty Health sciences completely made this pandemic and my night tonight a complete living hell I stopped in and placed a pick up order was created in the parking lot and everything was a smooth as could be. I asked employee what their return policy was if for whatever reason these products aren’t for me I have had bad experiences with certain strains in the past that increase my anxiety I am a veteran that suffers from PTSD so it is critical for me to be able to control the symptoms and effects. After trying the BlackBerry Kush distillate within 15 or 20 minutes I noticed in extreme panic and immediately realized this strain was not for me. I called the store explain the situation where the employee told me that there was nothing that they can do they can’t take a product back then unless it’s a cartridge that is not working properly but my syringe they could not take back in for a reason unbeknownst to me. I find a zero logic that you will be willing to take in one product and not another especially considering one as having negative physical effects on a patient. And actually making his symptoms worse rather than offer me a solution he then put me on speaker phone and had another male employee back up what he was saying while putting me on speaker phone. I understand this is a pandemic and you cannot take things in left and right but it makes zero sense that you could take a cartridge that doesn’t work and not a syringe that gives your patient anxiety is giving him extreme anxiety and making his symptoms worse which your policy standby if there any issues with any products for any reason feel free to swap them or refund I just cannot believe in the medical field where someone is reaching out for help I was treated this way during this time in the world truly sickening. I was now forced to go back to my pharmaceutical drug Xanax which was the entire purpose I got my medical card for my PTSD after my services. Their flawed logic “you can return and swap a cart but not a syringe”. Even if it does make your symptoms worse. $$$ over compassion
