I had been shopping here for three years and agree with the other postings that say this place has gone downhill. The staff used to be really cool and knowledgeable, but the staff there today seemed neither. I understand they do not move medical customers to the front of the line like many dispensaries do, and I don't mind that much unless the staff is slow and when I get to the front they don't have what was listed on their Leafly menu. What has driven me to leave a poor review is the guy with the ponytail overcharged me again. Today I was charged $20 more than what their menu on Leafly says it should have been. This is not the first time this guy has done this, and one of the women working last month did the same. The bait and switch tactic of not having what is listed but offering a higher shelf item in place of it is bad enough, but the regular overcharging is unacceptable to me. I will not be returning.
