Their 'loyalty' program takes the term to the extreme of the word. I just found out that after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this place, I lost all of my accrued rewards points because I switched dispensaries when they didn't have the product I needed. The explanation I got was that it's a loyalty program and that I need to be loyal to them to keep the points. I don't know any program that works like that, unless if you are told at the time of signing up (which I wasn't). I'm not going to lie, I switched away from Earthmed because they didn't have the product I needed but I've stayed away for a few months since I switched because of how much of a dump it is. The people are super friendly and nice to deal with the but place always looks like it needs maintenance (the ceiling seemed to always be leaking and there's never enough light). On top of everything now, they have imposed an 1/8th per strain per limit (which could possibly be illegal due to the Illinois rules about access) so the one product they have that works wonders for me, I can only get an 1/8th of.
