This was my first visit to MedMen. I was blown away by the atmosphere and customer service. This place literally looks like a high tech store for cannabis! I had many questions and wanted to learn more about what product(s) may best suit my needs. Kyra G was extremely insightful and provided some great recommendations. She took time to explain strain differences and was very personable. I had a fantastic overall experience and MedMen is now my #1 dispensary. In addition, as I tried the products last night, they worked perfectly as Kyra suggested they would.
Thank you Kyra and the MedMen team for standing up a 1st class operation based on customer experience. I'll be sharing this feedback with others 😁.
