I loved everything about it. Richard F. has been awesome the few times we've done business. He is definitely a credit to your organization. I have almost 50 years in retail sales and management (before my retirement ), and I have, most assuredly, a very keen eye and ear for salespeople/clerks/ and managers and their interactions with customers, including me. After thousands of employees under me, and hundreds of thousands of retail customers, I know people who actually care and those who are bullshit artists! I feel good coming here, and I love the rustic atmosphere in the store. I also compliment you on having adequate staffing the few times I have been there. There is not much worse than getting to a counter to spend my money, and see 35 customers and only 2 clerks to handle it. Again, congratulations to Richard F.
