this is excellent a little hit goes a lpng way with this very nice and upliftjng i just had some before a long nighy but it would be good for the morning very nice to do some sort of stagnant exercise i.e. waljing, jogging, cycling(might have a bit of a balance problem) I can't post this I typed that like 2 hours a go shit
