Cosmopolitan Dispensary

Multiple times I’ve made online orders picking them up in orderly fashion, only to get to the dispensary and be told they no longer have my order or that they haven’t had that strain in stock for weeks. I don’t understand why the system doesn’t email, call, or text to let ppl know the product they want is not there. They wait until I show up at dispensary, which I then have to take out more money to pay for over priced small portions of weed that I didn’t order in the first place. Then told by budtender that the strain I ordered, they haven’t had for awhile it shouldn’t be on menu, so then when I asked why don’t you guys take it off website and menu so there’s no more confusion, the budtender agrees with me and says that they have said something, only to be told by someone who I’m assuming is the manager for the day, that “ THEY CANT TELL CUSTOMERS THAT”! I don’t know This has happened 3-4 times recently and I’m A VERY DISAPPOINTED customer.
