BEWARE OF THIS JOKE OF A DISPENSARY! I had 2 cartridges delivered to me, which were BOTH faulty. After driving back to the dispensary the next day myself, I was told I needed to pay another 10 dollars to cover a "difference" to get 2 timeless cartridges (which were exactly what I had orginally ordered the day prior). I was confused, especially because they had offered to drive out again, (which would be a $10 delivery fee to my home), but I wanted to make sure I received the right order and drove all the way there instead. I asked for the manager, BRAYDEN JONES who came out and spoke to me for literally 2 minutes and said they were appreciative that I drove to them, but that I didn't have to! And that he wasn't willing to waive the $10 difference. I said to him that he's going to be losing a customer over this, and he said, "sorry you feel that way", and WALKED AWAY!!!! I was stunned as to how UNPROFESSIONAL BRAYDEN JONES was, and the fact that he is the manager???.... is a JOKE. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS STORE HAS NONE.
