I have been buying Phat Panda Live Resin INDICA Hot Sugar Bites 2 bags at a time weekly. Today I went in and told the female budtender exactly what I wanted and pointed it out as her manager came out and I told him to try and get the blueberry Phat Panda INDICA bites in stock cause I will buy two every week, and he said since they are a hot product they basically get whatever is left over after their priority stores. I also picked up and INDICA vape spending $53.88 and she added it to the sack and I tipped her $5, then the security $1 on the way out. WELL I got home and opened my bag to see she accidentally grabbed the SATIVA which was right next to the INDICA that I wanted, so I figured honest mistake and went back with my receipt and the girl wasn’t present but the guy that I had asked to stock the INDICA was there and I said “Hey she ended up giving me the SATIVA by accident and can I trade it out for what I asked for.” To which he replies “You left the store and all sales are final, sorry. He also said “BUT I still have the INDICA “that I asked for to begin with” & asked if I want to buy it now! I politely declined and left the store to find it elsewhere. I would give NEGATIVE 5 STARS if I could. I feel totally BAIT & SWITCHED and am contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and the Liqour Cannabis Board with my complaint. It’s easy to see that I will be spending and taking my business somewhere else cause I feel totally ripped off…. It’s bad enough the place has a super scratchy parking lot with panhandlers laying around but SHEESH!
