On my last visit, there were about 13 customers waiting to make a purchase. I was the only medical patient, had a preorder and still had to wait nearly 30 minutes because they were short staffed from doing inventory the night before. I understand it needs to be done, but it shouldn’t be at my expense! The budtender was not pleasant and very unapologetic about the wait or service. On top of that I couldn’t get all the medicine I needed for the week to manage my chronic issues because I was restricted to purchasing one bag of edibles of a particular brand and another item I ordered was now suddenly “out of stock”. There are way too many options for me to waste my time dealing with this. You lost a patient.
