pretty much the worst place in Norman for all measured categories available- atmosphere, service, quality all pretty much 0/5 the one time this place is actually open, there's one college student working and he clearly doesn't GAF. No store music, creepy vibe, dude that literally could not care any less, very very poor selection of products. there were five strains available when u came in, all of them that I smelled had the same odor, pretty mediocre looking buds. the kicker is that the price for "top shelf" is higher than most other places top shelf, but the quality probably would get a bottom shelf rating at the better Norman dispensaries. really no reason to ever come to Primetime, it's run by people who do not care about you except to make money

bud is bunk prices are garbage don't include tax, and they delete reviews. don't trust this place

location leaves some to be desired. lady who ran it while I was in was extremely nice, but she didn't seem to have a wealth of knowledge on hand like the best shop owners do. weed was unimpressive and the selection was lacking. edibles top out at pretty weak doses and the selection there isn't great either. they need better selection and quality for this to be a viable option. just go up the street to tokelahoma or down to friendly market if you're on this side of town

very friendly people running this place, and they seem pretty knowledgeable. bud quality not the best in Norman and their preroll deal is pretty bad considering there are places like superb herb that do 5 for full sized J's. their selection is great across carts, concentrates, topical, etc. edible selection not great either but better than some. wish their prices were out the door.

have been in a few times, love the strains and the great preroll deal. only 4/5 on quality right now because the prerolls are a little inconsistent, but you can't beat the price!
